Please note that the workshop lasts four full days. Therefore, arrival on the day before the first day of the workshop (9th of August) and departure on the day after the workshop (14th of August) is recommended.
How to apply (attendance)
Fill in the Application Form (click here). Please submit it only once. If you made a mistake, email the organizers (see Contact Us).
Conference fee: Participants are expected to pay a conference fee of 75 €, with an optional conference dinner available for 50 €. Details and payment instructions will be sent after acceptance/registration confirmation.
Applying for funding (optional)
If you would like to be considered for partial support (travel / accommodation / conference fee), please upload the following documents to this link as a single PDF with the title:

(Please make sure the Full Name you write above matches the Full Name provided in the Application Form. Note that you will also be asked to provide the first and last name during the upload process.)

Short cost estimate: where you travel from + approximate costs for travel, accommodation.

Whichever is applicable:
BSc (bachelor's) students: your most recent transcript of grades. If it is not in English, please attach the original plus a translation (an unofficial translation is fine). Also request one recommendation letter (see below for instructions).
MSc (master's) students: proof of your highest completed degree + your most recent transcript of grades. If they are not in English, please attach the originals plus translations (an unofficial translation is fine). Also request one recommendation letter (see below for instructions).
PhD (doctoral) students: proof of current affiliation (e.g. enrollment confirmation or a letter from your group/department).
PostDocs and others: proof of current affiliation (e.g. employment confirmation or a letter from your institution).
Recommendation letter (for BSc/MSc funding requests)
Please ask your referee to upload the recommendation letter as a PDF directly to this link with the title:
